All PDRA Members who are instructors must also have a current Instructor Permit.

Assistant Instructors and Dive Masters must work under the direct
Supervision of an Authorized PDRA Instructor
There will be no autonomous instructing by Assistant Instructors or
Dive Masters while on PDRA property

PDRA Liability Responsibility Form (For Instructors who do not maintain personal liability insurance)
All instructors using PDRA property to conduct diver certification training must be approved by the PDRA Instructor Committee and have a valid permit.
Permit periods are July 1 to June 30 annually

New Instructors need to download the following:

3. Specific Information for Instructors
4. PDRA Liability Responsibility Form (if you are covered by a dive shop blanket insurance policy).
5. New instructors must interview with a member of the Instructor Committee
Renewal Instructors need to download the following:
