General Assembly Meeting and Absentee Voting

Sunday, October 14, 2018, is the date for the annual General Assembly.  The meeting will be held at American Quarry.  A free lunch of hamburgers and hot dogs will be provided.  Lunch will start at 12:30 p.m.  Voting for new officers and directors will be from 1:00 until 1:45 p.m.  The meeting will begin at 2:00 p.m.  If you are planning on coming for lunch, please RSVP to Lisa at by no later than October 11, 2018.

If you cannot make the meeting, you still have the opportunity to vote for the leadership of the association by sending in an absentee ballot.  Click on this link to get the ballot and instructions for sending it in.  Your ballot MUST be postmarked by October 9, 2018, and include your 2018 key number.  You can also find the ballot on this website at under “Members.”  There is a contested race for a seat on the Board of Directors in the North District.  All members get to vote in all races, regardless of the district the candidates are from.  Take this opportunity to vote and have a say in who is in the leadership of the PDRA.
